On this page you can find all the information you need about returns and our refund policy. However, please do not ship out your item without sending us a refund/exchange request. To start off the process of a return, please contact us first and we will further assist you.
Our policy lasts 14 days. Items can only be returned within 14 days after receiving them. If 14 days have gone by since your item arrived, unfortunately you can not request a refund/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with all the original tags included. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Optionally, please motivate your return, so we can be of better service to you and other customers in the future. Choose between (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on which payment method you used, this refund can take up to two weeks after notification.
The refund does not include the shipping costs for the original order.
The refund does not include the shipping costs due to the return.
The refund does not include the additional costs due to import taxes or customs clearance of the original order (if applicable).
The refund only includes the original price of the returned item.
Late or missing refund
Most likely, all refunds will be processed within two weeks.
If you have not received a refund within two weeks, first check your bank account again please.
Secondly, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next up, contact your bank. It is possible that your refund has been taken into account, but has not been processed yet, depending on which bank you use.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. By buying an item in sale, you automatically admit to have read and agree to the condition above.
We only exchange items if they are either defective/damaged or if you received a wrong item/size.
In case the item you received is defective/damaged, we can only offer you an exchange for the same item, in the same size (if applicable). In case the item you received is a wrong item/size, we can only exchange it for the correct item/size.
If the item in question is sold out, unfortunately we can only offer you a refund.
Once we received and inspected your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If your exchange request has been approved and the item in question is still in stock, we will send out the exchanged item within 48 after notification. We will not charge any shipping costs. United Era stands for quality service, which is why we always check for any defects or damage before we send out an order. If during the inspection we suspect that an item has been worn or damaged on purpose, we preserve the right to deny your request for an exchange. In addition, we will charge you for the shipping costs, before sending the item back to you.
If you have received the correct item/size, but you would like to exchange it for another item or size, unfortunately we cannot exchange it. In that case you should request a refund as explained above and place another order for the item/size that you want.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return.
Because the value of the items we offer in our webshop is often high, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, so you can keep track of your returned item. Also, we recommend using the United Era packaging, in order to make sure the returned item arrives to us in the same condition as described during your request. You should also consider shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
